I've seen most of those quotes before. I really like the message that people should strive to experience more and be entertained less. However I dislike the anarchistic undertones and think that the whole thing comes off as extremely pretentious. The "hail Eris" watermark indicates that these are being distributed by members of the Discordian religion who worship Eris, the Greek goddess of strife.
She "fosters evil war and battle, being cruel: her no man loves; but perforce, through the will of the deathless gods, men pay harsh Strife her honour due." - Hesiod.
And "whose wrath is relentess." - Homer.
"Eris has been adopted as the matron deity of the modern Discordian religion." ... "Discordianism is a religion centered on the idea that chaos is all that there is, and that disorder and order are both illusions that are imposed on chaos... There is some division as to whether it should be regarded as a parody religion, and if so to what degree." - Wikipedia.
