The Sorcerer's Apprentice Empty The Sorcerer's Apprentice

It has been officially announced that the upcoming Disney movie "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" has a MTG tie-in. One of the characters "Drake Stone" is such a big celebrity that his face appears on some of the cards in the movie. What do you think? Awesome or selling out?

That's fine for a movie prop and advertising. I think it would be going too far to make them distributable promo items. It's no worse than if he drank Coke and ate at Pizza Hut in the movie.
